Convenient location for walking or taking the metro. Comfortable and well-decorated room with a big TV and cozy beds. Good breakfast with attentive staff. Strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the establishment.

The breakfast at First One Madrid Preciados was a bit disappointing. There weren't many cooked food options and they didn't provide salt or butter. The breakfast staff weren't very accommodating either. the room was well appointed and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, very central and easy to get around Madrid. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite the few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its overall quality and convenience.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Its location was perfect, right in the center of the city. It was close to everything and near the historical center. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with a good selection and high-quality options. I particularly enjoyed the honeycomb block with natural yogurt and nuts. The hotel's facilities were great, and the transportation options were convenient.
Can't fault anything about it.

A wonderful hotel with tastefully designed rooms and breakfast area. Great breakfast selection and cozy atmosphere. Super comfortable bed and pillows. Thick curtains for a dark room in the morning. Perfect central location, easy to explore Madrid. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff.

Perfect location, walking distance to sightseeing places and close to the underground for further travel. Very clean hotel with exceptional quality shower. Secure car park available for convenience. Comfortable bed with sufficient pillows. Well-designed bathroom with amazing water pressure in the shower. Good quality toiletries and provided slippers. Efficient air conditioning for both hot and cold weather. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good selection of food for breakfast.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of Madrid. It's close to everything, making it easy to explore the historical center and visit popular attractions. The rooms are comfortable, with big TVs and clean bathrooms equipped with quality products. The staff is very friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast is good and there is a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the hotel.
One negative aspect is the poorly fitted shower door, which makes it awkward to get in and out of the shower.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel has a perfect location in the heart of the city in a pedestrian zone. It was very convenient to walk everywhere. The rooms were amazing, with soundproofing and air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making my stay even better.
This place might not be the best choice for families, but it is perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay.
