The breakfast at First One Madrid Preciados was a bit disappointing. There weren't many cooked food options and they didn't provide salt or butter. The breakfast staff weren't very accommodating either. However, the room was well appointed and the facilities were good. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect, very central and easy to get around Madrid. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite the few drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its overall quality and convenience.

Perfect location, walking distance to sightseeing places and close to the underground for further travel. Very clean hotel with exceptional quality shower. Secure car park available for convenience. Comfortable bed with sufficient pillows. Well-designed bathroom with amazing water pressure in the shower. Good quality toiletries and provided slippers. Efficient air conditioning for both hot and cold weather. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good selection of food for breakfast.
